As a Mindful Living Trainer and Specialist, myself and our community of incredible trainers can offer solutions and support so we can thrive rather than just survive.
Having been in the physical fitness business for over 30 years and after surviving a traumatic brain injury (TBI) I gained a better understanding of how the brain worked and what I needed to do to if I wanted to heal. It gave me the opportunity to recognize that our physical body and our mental body reside in the same space and that brain fitness is as important as physical fitness.
Over the last 20 years, I have dedicated myself to studying from the many great teachers in this field. Through my training, I have the tools and ability to support organizations and individuals that value the importance of this work and together we improve their personal health and the health of their organizations.
After receiving my certification at the Mclean Meditation Institute (MMI), I continued my advanced training to become a certified MMI Mindful Trainer. Organizations that have experienced the value of resilience, the importance of emotional intelligence and how with dedicated training they can improve both their personal and professional lives, have seen measurable results.
